Gary Polvere
CONSTRUCTION
Gary founded Management Recruiters of Barrington in 1988 and serves as the company President. He graduated from University of Illinois in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Upon graduation, Gary worked for a leading manufacturer of air conditioning equipment in the capacities of Sales Engineer, Sales Manager, and finally, Zone Sales Manager. He chose to start Management Recruiters of Barrington so he could combine his passion for the construction industry with his desire to make a profound difference in the lives of the clients and candidates he serves. He is committed to creating growth, prosperity, and success for people and companies.
